As a CAD Drafter & Technical Document Controller, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical drawings and documents using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks. You will also be responsible for managing project documentation, including ensuring that all documents are properly version-controlled, archived, and distributed to the relevant stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain technical drawings and documents using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
• Ensure that all technical drawings and documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including version control, archiving, and distribution.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure that all technical drawings and documents are consistent and reflect the latest project requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings and documents prepared by other team members.
• Ensure that all technical drawings and documents are properly labeled, annotated, and formatted according to industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and other project documentation for client submissions.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD drafting and technical document control.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is a plus.
