📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain our broadband network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the technical team to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and providing guidance on network configuration.
• Document all network activities and maintain accurate records of network performance and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in broadband technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network support and availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in broadband network support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of broadband network technologies, including DSL, DOCSIS, and fiber optics.
• Familiarity with network management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Zabbix.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid SIM and STNK for Jakarta Selatan area.
