📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies for commercial teams
• Identify training needs and design effective training programs
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for commercial staff
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to commercial staff
• Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a commercial or sales environment
• Certification in instructional design or training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP)
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Proven ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
