📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of villa services.
• Manage a team of villa attendants and provide guidance and support.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in all villas.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Frontdesk, Yieldmanager, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
