📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer service strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with customer service software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
