📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate high-profile events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of luxury and excellence.
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with event planners, catering teams, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee venue selection and setup, ensuring the event space meets the client's vision and requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, including caterers, florists, and entertainment providers.
• Handle client communications, from initial consultations to post-event follow-ups, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct post-event reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and luxury hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale events.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and a keen understanding of high-end client expectations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in event planning software, such as EventPro, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Certification in event planning or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
