As a Facilities Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that all aspects of facility management are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with a team of professionals to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, while also implementing cost-effective solutions to optimize facility performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• Develop and implement facility management plans, including preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of facility supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to the facilities team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare facility management, with a strong background in operations and maintenance.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or a related certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FMPro, ServiceMax, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards is a plus.
