📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards,Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the workplace,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the manufacturing industry,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control,Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards,Understanding of ergonomic principles and workplace safety regulations
