📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide administrative support to the Head of International Business Unit, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive international business growth.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of projects.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records using CRM software.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or administrative roles, preferably in the international business sector.
• Strong understanding of global market trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
