As a Junior Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or a professional with 1-3 years of experience in finance, looking to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate recording of transactions.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in financial reporting and accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS) and local Indonesian regulations.
• Certification in professional accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
