📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement cultural policies and programs aligned with provincial government objectives.
• Manage a team of cultural professionals to ensure the successful execution of cultural events and projects.
• Collaborate with local communities to preserve and promote traditional arts, crafts, and festivals.
• Leverage digital platforms and social media to enhance the reach and impact of cultural initiatives.
• Organize and oversee major cultural events, such as traditional ceremonies and festivals.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for cultural development and preservation.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international cultural forums.
• Ensure compliance with cultural heritage laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cultural management, policy development, or community engagement.
• Proven track record in leading cultural projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian cultural heritage and traditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and cultural management software.
• Certification in cultural heritage management or a related field is a plus.
