📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and databases using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for organizational details.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bahasa Indonesia skills are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing HR skills and knowledge.
