📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of In-Mold Labeling (IML) systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor machine performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IML systems into our production processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to production staff on the operation and maintenance of IML systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and apply relevant innovations to our systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, specifically in IML systems.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing complex machinery.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
