Shop Town Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your expertise will help us maintain a high level of performance and productivity within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development (preferred).
