📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow.,Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
