📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
