📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire invoicing process, including creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial documents, maintaining strict compliance with financial regulations.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial information for reporting and decision-making.
• Use SAP and QuickBooks to manage invoices and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the accounting team in other financial tasks as needed.
