This hybrid role will allow you to work both in our physical stores and remotely, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.,Promote products and services to increase sales and revenue.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with retail operations and processes.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
