📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production activities.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Support the production manager in achieving production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a related role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
