📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Manage and oversee the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.,Present and pitch business development ideas to senior management and stakeholders.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
