📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Maintain and update patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Monitor patient progress and provide support as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care protocols and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient care coordination or a related role.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally outside the island.
