Depot Elsa Dental Clinic is seeking a talented Junior Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our dental products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental terminology and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for dental products and services,Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Revise and update existing documentation to reflect product improvements and changes,Develop and implement a documentation management system to streamline the process of creating, reviewing, and publishing technical content,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content for dental professionals,Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dental technology and best practices,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that technical documentation supports their efforts to promote our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a medical or dental context,Strong understanding of dental terminology and concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication
