Global Insurance is looking for a dedicated and professional Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met,Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently,Assist clients with insurance products and services,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices,Train and mentor new team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of financial transactions and insurance products,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and financial systems,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to work both in the office and remotely
