📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a section within the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their potential.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working towards common goals.,Monitor and evaluate section performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, creating a safe and secure work environment for all employees.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings, promoting the values and goals of Indonesia Aluminium.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in a leadership role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools to manage and analyze data.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
