📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare interview guides and questions to ensure consistency in the hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Familiarity with ATS and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
